  • 1 large Egg

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Cups standard size
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8 x 11 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Beat 1/2 cup of softened butter and 1 cup of brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add 1 egg, 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Press about 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  7. Layer 1 cup of peanut butter cups over the pressed dough.
  8. Spread 1 cup of marshmallow fluff over the peanut butter cups.
  9. Press the reserved dough over the marshmallow fluff to create an even top layer.
  10. Bake for about 25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  11. Let the bars cool in the pan for 1 hour before slicing.
  12. Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
