Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange the Tostitos Scoops Tortilla Chips cap-side up.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and egg. Blend until smooth. Fold in drained sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla chip with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture, packing it just enough to not overflow.
