Step-by-Step Instructions for Brownie Batter Dip
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and ½ cup of softened butter. Using an electric mixer, beat these ingredients on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Gradually add 1 cup of confectioners' sugar, ¼ cup of brown sugar, and ⅓ cup of unsweetened baking cocoa to the creamy base. Beat on low speed, then switch to medium, mixing until fully incorporated—about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of milk and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Mix on low speed for a minute, then increase to medium and beat until the dip reaches a creamy consistency, approximately 1-2 more minutes.
- If desired, fold in ½ cup of M&M’s Minis or dark chocolate chips. Gently stir with a spatula to evenly distribute the mix without overdoing it.
- Transfer the Brownie Batter Dip to a serving bowl. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
Use softened cream cheese and butter for better texture. Sift dry ingredients prevent lumps. Chill dip for best flavor, and adjust sweetness as needed.
