Step-by-Step Instructions for Brownie Batter Dip
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and ½ cup of softened butter. Using an electric mixer, beat these ingredients on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  2. Gradually add 1 cup of confectioners' sugar, ¼ cup of brown sugar, and ⅓ cup of unsweetened baking cocoa to the creamy base. Beat on low speed, then switch to medium, mixing until fully incorporated—about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in 2 tablespoons of milk and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Mix on low speed for a minute, then increase to medium and beat until the dip reaches a creamy consistency, approximately 1-2 more minutes.
