Step-by-Step Instructions for Cherry Cheesecake Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl or using a stand mixer, mix sugar cookie dough, whipped cream cheese, and flour until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Scoop dough with a small cookie scoop, roll into balls, and coat in granulated sugar. Place on baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
