Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Substitute with vegan mayo for a plant-based version.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley Cilantro can be swapped in.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and spices including cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade, coating thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove chicken from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley.
  7. Slice the grilled chicken and serve with pita, rice, or flatbread. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish.
