Steps to Make Hot Honey Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, pour in ½ cup of honey, followed by 1 tablespoon of chili flakes and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat and warm the mixture for about 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly for about a minute. Taste and adjust heat level if desired.
  4. Transfer the hot honey sauce into a clean, airtight glass container. Allow it to cool completely before sealing.
  5. Drizzle over your favorite dishes and enjoy!
