Steps to Make Hot Honey Sauce
- In a small saucepan, pour in ½ cup of honey, followed by 1 tablespoon of chili flakes and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Place the saucepan over low heat and warm the mixture for about 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly for about a minute. Taste and adjust heat level if desired.
- Transfer the hot honey sauce into a clean, airtight glass container. Allow it to cool completely before sealing.
- Drizzle over your favorite dishes and enjoy!
