- Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of each lobster tail’s shell, avoiding cutting through the meat. Pull the lobster meat upwards onto the shell.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, shells facing downward.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and paprika.
- Baste the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture and bake for 9-10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
