Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  3. In a stand mixer, combine sour cream, eggs, and melted butter and mix until creamy.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix on low until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate peppermint baking chips and chocolate chips carefully.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  9. Drizzle fudge sauce over the cooled bread and sprinkle more crushed peppermint on top.
