  • 0.5 cup Thousand Island or Russian Dressing Adds tanginess and moisture.

  • 9 slices Swiss Cheese Melts beautifully.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain and squeeze excess moisture from the sauerkraut.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and spread Thousand Island dressing on both halves.
  4. Layer pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on to cover the fillings.
  6. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onion, garlic, poppy seeds, and parsley in a bowl.
  7. Brush butter mixture over the top of the sliders, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake a few extra minutes until the tops are golden brown before serving.

Notes
