- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain and squeeze excess moisture from the sauerkraut.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and spread Thousand Island dressing on both halves.
- Layer pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on to cover the fillings.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onion, garlic, poppy seeds, and parsley in a bowl.
- Brush butter mixture over the top of the sliders, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake a few extra minutes until the tops are golden brown before serving.

Notes
Ensure sauerkraut is well-drained to avoid soggy sliders. Can assemble sliders a day in advance and bake just before serving.
