Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs or gluten-free graham crackers
Brownie Batter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder or Dutch-process cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
Topping
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper, greasing it lightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with graham cracker crumbs, press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt remaining unsalted butter, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and eggs, then gently fold in flour and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter over the crust, swirl in marshmallow fluff, then add remaining batter and fluff.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, then increase temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake with mini marshmallows for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.

Notes
