Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper, greasing it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with graham cracker crumbs, press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt remaining unsalted butter, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract and eggs, then gently fold in flour and chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the brownie batter over the crust, swirl in marshmallow fluff, then add remaining batter and fluff.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then increase temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake with mini marshmallows for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
