Method
 

Prepare the Tuna Tartare Wonton Tacos
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Dice the sushi-grade tuna into small cubes and place in a large bowl. Add red onion, green onion, and sesame seeds. Fold in the dressing.
  3. Chill the tuna mixture for 15-20 minutes to enhance freshness.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the wonton wrappers one at a time for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow wontons to cool and fill each shell with tuna mixture.
  6. Top with avocado and jalapeño/pickled ginger, then serve immediately.
