Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Pizza Pinwheels
  1. Unroll the puff pastry on a clean, flat surface. Coat with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder evenly.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce across the pastry, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  3. Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara, followed by layering pepperoni slices.
  4. Roll the pastry into a tight log, starting from one edge. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Slice the roll into 8 evenly sized pieces. Arrange on the baking sheet.
