Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, flour, and salt until just combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese filling over the pre-baked crust.

  9. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours.
