  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill Or other herbs.
  • 2 tablespoons Water To adjust consistency.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Shrimp Avocado Salad
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  2. Wash and chop romaine lettuce, slice cucumbers, and arrange on a serving platter.
  3. In a food processor, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, honey, cumin, mint, and dill. Blend until smooth, adjust consistency with water.
  4. Layer chopped romaine and cucumbers on a platter, add cooked shrimp and sliced avocado on top.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad, gently toss until coated. Serve immediately.
