- In a food processor, blend ½ yellow onion, ½ cup distilled white vinegar, ¼ cup soy sauce, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 crumbled bay leaves, and ½ tsp ground pepper until smooth.
- Add 1½ pounds of party wings to a large Ziploc bag, then pour the freshly blended marinade over them. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat thoroughly.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Carefully place the marinated wings evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the wings just before serving.
