  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the crust by whisking together the dry ingredients and mixing in the wet ingredients to form a dough.
  2. Bake the crust at 350°F for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Make the filling by combining the berries, sugars, salt, cornstarch, and lemon zest & juice in a saucepan, then simmer until thickened.
  4. Spread the filling over the crust, sprinkle with reserved crumb dough, and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
  5. Let the bars cool completely before slicing and serve with powdered sugar.
