  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste for preferred spiciness

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and onion powder. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken thighs, cooking for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes until fully cooked through (internal temperature at least 165°F).
  3. After flipping the chicken once more, let it cook for another minute to absorb remaining marinade. Transfer to a cutting board and cover with foil to keep warm.
  4. Using the same skillet, add cooking oil and green beans. Stir in red pepper flakes and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until beans are bright green and slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. Plate the Asian chicken thighs alongside the spicy green beans and store in airtight containers if meal prepping, cooling before sealing.
