Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by removing the sirloin steak from the refrigerator and allowing it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Next, preheat your grill or grill pan to high heat, aiming for around 450°F to 500°F.
  3. Once the grill is hot, generously season both sides of your steak with salt and your preferred steak seasoning.
  4. Place the seasoned steak directly onto the hot grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side for medium-rare, then flip and grill the other side for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. After grilling, let your steak rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board.
