Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just blended.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and roll them into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place the meatballs on the preheated skillet and press down with a spatula to flatten them to about ⅓-inch thickness.
  5. Cook the smash burgers for 2-3 minutes without moving them, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add a slice of cheese during the last minute.
  6. While the burgers cook, toast the brioche buns on the grill or skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun and adding your favorite toppings.
