  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) or garlic powder as quick alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt or sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Black Pepper can be skipped if desired

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, diced onion, diced red pepper, almond breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried basil, oregano, kosher salt, and spices. Mix until well incorporated, then shape into 20 meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in a baking dish, pour marinara sauce over them generously.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbling. Meatballs should reach 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let the dish rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
