Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Gradually add the egg and mix well to incorporate.
  4. Fold in almond flour, sea salt, and cinnamon until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Press an indent in the center of each ball with your thumb or spoon.
  7. Bake for 9-10 minutes until bottoms are slightly browned, then let cool for 2 minutes.
