- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the lemon yogurt, egg, melted butter, and grated lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries using a spatula without crushing them.
- Drop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each mound.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until the tops are light golden brown.
- While the biscuits bake, combine the confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl until smooth.
- Let the biscuits cool slightly before drizzling the glaze over them.
