Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the lemon yogurt, egg, melted butter, and grated lemon zest until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries using a spatula without crushing them.
  6. Drop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each mound.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the tops are light golden brown.
  8. While the biscuits bake, combine the confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl until smooth.
  9. Let the biscuits cool slightly before drizzling the glaze over them.
