Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter in the preheating oven for about 5 minutes.

  4. Add milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the melted butter without stirring. Sprinkle remaining sugar over the top.
