Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop the cucumber and tomatoes, and slice the green onions. Set aside in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and the dried spices: ¼ teaspoon basil, ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder, and ⅛ teaspoon oregano.
  3. Combine the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, and green onions with the dressing. Crumble in the feta cheese and gently stir.
  4. Spread the hummus evenly on a serving platter using a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the marinated vegetable and feta mixture over the hummus, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and dust with sweet paprika.
