Step-by-Step Instructions for Mac & Cheese Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment, including a large saucepan and a 9x13 inch lasagna pan.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add the traditional Italian sauce to the pan with the beef, stirring to combine. Heat through on low for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Spray your 9x13 inch lasagna pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Layer half of the prepared mac & cheese into the bottom of the pan, followed by half of the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses, then half of the meat sauce.
