Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, light brown sugar, and melted salted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 8 minutes.
- Beat together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and salt for 2-3 minutes. Pour into cooled crust and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let the pie cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream on top of the chilled pie, slice and serve.
