- Begin by creaming 1 cup of softened unsalted butter with 3/4 cup of granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup of confectioners’ sugar, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and roll the chilled dough into 1-inch balls.
- Press into each ball to create a small indentation for the mango jam.
