  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
