  • 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature, or substitute with ricotta
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated, or substitute with pecorino
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled, or omit
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits or use turkey bacon
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or use fresh garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400° F (200° C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan, feta, bacon bits, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded fresh spinach for even distribution.
  4. Cut puff pastry into 1-inch squares and place in greased mini muffin cups.
  5. Spoon the filling into each puff pastry cup, avoiding overfilling.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Allow to cool briefly, then remove from muffin pan and serve warm.
