  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder can substitute with fresh garlic

Step-by-Step Instructions for Miso Butter Roasted Cabbage
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the sweetheart cabbage into quarters, keeping the core intact.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter with miso paste until smooth.
  4. Transfer the miso-coated cabbage wedges onto your baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Melt the remaining butter in a pan, stir in the panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder, and toast until golden brown.
  6. After roasting, sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs on top of the cabbage and garnish with parsley.
