  • 3 medium mashed bananas
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour for added nutrition

Baking Instructions

  3. Combine wet ingredients: mix sugar, oil, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), eggs, baking soda, and salt in a bowl; stir in mashed bananas.
  4. Gradually add all-purpose flour into the wet mixture, folding gently until combined.
  5. Layer half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, add cinnamon sugar mixture, then top with remaining batter and more cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes for mini loaves or about 60 minutes for a large loaf, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack, slice, and enjoy!
