Cooking Steps
- In a large shallow pan, heat 6 tablespoons of salted butter and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over medium-low heat.
- Add 10 cloves of minced garlic to the pan, stirring continuously for about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in 3-4 tablespoons of Calabrian chili paste and fold in half of your finely chopped cilantro.
- Gently season 1 ½ pounds of peeled and deveined shrimp with salt, then add the shrimp to the pan.
- Once the shrimp are fully cooked, remove the pan from heat and sprinkle remaining cilantro over the dish.
