Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1.5 lbs Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt, to taste
For the Sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp Calabrian Chili Paste adjust to spice preference
  • 10 cloves Garlic, minced use fresh for best flavor
  • 6 tbsp Butter, salted do not substitute with oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil, extra virgin for sautéing garlic
For Garnish
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro, finely chopped can substitute with parsley

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large shallow pan, heat 6 tablespoons of salted butter and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over medium-low heat.
  2. Add 10 cloves of minced garlic to the pan, stirring continuously for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in 3-4 tablespoons of Calabrian chili paste and fold in half of your finely chopped cilantro.
  4. Gently season 1 ½ pounds of peeled and deveined shrimp with salt, then add the shrimp to the pan.
  5. Once the shrimp are fully cooked, remove the pan from heat and sprinkle remaining cilantro over the dish.
