  • 8 oz Feta Cheese choose creamy feta for a rich flavor
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese use vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free option
  • 2 tbsp Honey mix with hot sauce for an extra kick
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust to your heat preference
For the Crostini
  • 1 loaf Baguette select a fresh baguette for best results
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil brush lightly on each slice

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in honey and red pepper flakes to the whipped feta blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and brush each side lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place the oil-brushed baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Spread a generous layer of the whipped feta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
  7. Drizzle each topped crostini with hot honey to enhance flavors before serving.
