  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs until frothy, then mix in 0.25 cups of olive oil, 1 cup of milk, and 2 minced garlic cloves.
