Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice using an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slice three ripe bananas into thin rounds and layer them on the bottom of the premade graham cracker pie crust.
  3. Pour the creamy filling over the arranged banana slices in the crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Slice the remaining two bananas, drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of lemon juice, and arrange them on top of the filling.
