  3. Fold in 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Take small scoops (about 1 tablespoon) of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the protein bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
