Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather materials including a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cabbage into ½ inch thick slices and brush both sides with olive oil. Arrange cabbage on the baking sheet.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and optional egg. Mix well.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into patties matching the size of the cabbage slices and place each on top of a cabbage slice on the baking sheet.
