  1. Layer Cookies: Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with one bag of Chessman cookies. Slice 2-3 ripe bananas and place them over the cookies.
  2. Prepare Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk 5-ounce box of French vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of whole milk until thickened.
  3. Mix Cream Cheese: Beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Incorporate Cool Whip: Fold in one container of Cool Whip gently into the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk mixture.
  5. Combine Mixtures: Fold cream cheese mixture into the prepared pudding mixture until blended and fluffy. Spread over bananas in the pan.
  6. Top and Chill: Sprinkle remaining Chessman cookies on top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
