Steps
  1. Begin by peeling and slicing 4-5 very ripe peaches into large chunks. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the peach chunks, 2 cups of vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of almond milk, and 2-3 tablespoons of honey. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about three-quarters full. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze in the freezer for 4-8 hours until solid.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the molds for 10-15 seconds to loosen popsicles and enjoy.
