  4. Stretch and push the risen dough into the pan corners and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  5. Slice peaches and press into the dough. Add dollops of cream cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
