- Begin by separating the chicken wings into two parts: the drumsticks and flats. Rinse them under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and place in a large bowl. Season generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Set your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for about 400°F (200°C). Close the lid and allow it to reach this temperature.
- Once the grill is hot, place the seasoned wings on the grates and grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes.
