Brining and Baking Instructions
  1. Brine Chicken: Place chicken wings in a large Ziploc bag with pickle juice, ensuring they are submerged. Seal and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
  2. Prepare Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Set a metal cooling rack on a baking sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Make Glaze: In a mixing bowl, combine bourbon, honey, brown sugar, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Coat Wings: After brining, drain wings and pat dry. Arrange on the rack and brush generously with the bourbon-honey glaze.
  5. Bake: Place the baking sheet with wings in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve: Transfer wings to a serving platter, sprinkle with fresh dill, garnish with pickles, and serve with ranch dressing.
