Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend the chopped pineapple, sliced strawberries, and 2 cups of cold water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing down with a spoon to extract juice.
  3. Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water and the juice of one lime to the pitcher, then stir in the granulated sugar until dissolved.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if necessary.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice in tall glasses, stirring well before pouring.
  7. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
