Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice a fresh baguette into ½-inch pieces and brush each piece lightly with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes per side until golden-brown.
  4. Roughly chop the pistachios and combine them with honey, red pepper flakes, and thyme in a mixing bowl.
  5. Place the brie rounds on a clean baking sheet and make small cuts on the top of each brie round.
  6. Spread the pistachio mixture over the tops of the brie rounds, pressing down gently to adhere.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil and extra honey on top before placing in the oven.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the brie is heated through and lightly browned on top.
  9. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices, fresh fruits, or crackers.
