Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a light coat of olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and large eggs. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese, reserving a small handful for topping later. Add the mini turkey pepperoni slices, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish, gently spreading it out with a spatula for an even layer. Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella and remaining turkey pepperoni on top.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
