Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 100% pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream can be substituted with extra creamy oat milk
  • 1/2 cup oat milk non-dairy barista-style recommended
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar can be substituted with cane sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice can substitute with ground cinnamon
For Serving
  • 4 cups coffee (cold brew/iced latte) any favorite iced coffee
  • 2 pumps vanilla syrup optional sweetener for the coffee
  • 1 shake ground cinnamon optional topping for added flavor

Method
 

Step 1: Combine Ingredients
  1. In a small mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1/2 cup of oat milk, 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Using a hand frother, blend the mixture for about 30 seconds until it thickens and becomes frothy.
Step 2: Prepare the Glass
  1. While the foam is thickening, grab a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes. Pour your favorite cold brew or iced latte over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
Step 3: Top with Foam
  1. Gently pour the whipped foam over the iced coffee, aiming for a generous layer on top.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
  1. Sprinkle a light dusting of ground cinnamon on top of the foam. Serve immediately and enjoy!
