- In a medium saucepan, add 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Increase the heat to high and cook the mixture until it reaches a rapid boil, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, about 3-5 minutes.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and allow it to bubble gently for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Gently crush some blueberries against the side of the pan with a spoon or potato masher to achieve desired consistency.
- After about 15 minutes, remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a sterilized jar.
