Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the chopped fresh strawberries with balsamic vinegar, strawberry preserves, and fresh rosemary sprigs. Allow this mixture to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature, then remove and discard the rosemary.
  2. Grab your favorite vanilla yogurt and stir it gently in a medium mixing bowl to ensure a smooth consistency.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of yogurt into each mold or cup, followed by 1 tablespoon of the marinated strawberry mixture. Repeat until molds are nearly full, leaving space at the top.
  4. Cover each cup tightly with aluminum foil and insert wooden sticks into the center through the foil. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until fully firm.
  5. When frozen, let the pops sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before unmolding. Serve immediately.
