- Pour 4 cups of filtered water into a medium saucepan, bring to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat, add 2-3 green tea bags and a handful of fresh mint sprigs. Cover and steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and mint, then stir in honey while warm to dissolve.
- In a large pitcher, fill with 1-2 cups of ice, pour warm tea over ice, then add 2 cups of cold water.
