  • 4 cups Filtered Water Use for boiling.
  • 2-3 bags Green Tea Bags Steep to strengthen flavor.
For the Flavor
  • 1 bunch Fresh Mint Sprigs Add more for garnish or substitute with mint extract.
  • 1/2 cup Honey Adjust to taste.
For Serving
  • 2 cups Cold Water Adjust based on taste.
  • as needed cups Ice Use plenty for serving.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pour 4 cups of filtered water into a medium saucepan, bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat, add 2-3 green tea bags and a handful of fresh mint sprigs. Cover and steep for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and mint, then stir in honey while warm to dissolve.
  4. In a large pitcher, fill with 1-2 cups of ice, pour warm tea over ice, then add 2 cups of cold water.
  5. Serve over ice in glasses, garnish with mint sprigs.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
