  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • 0.25 cup pine nuts roughly chopped
For the Dressing
  • 0.25 cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Layer fresh spinach in a large salad bowl.
  2. Slice and scatter strawberries over the spinach.
  3. Crumble goat cheese over the salad.

  5. In a mason jar, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and cinnamon. Season with salt and pepper. Shake to emulsify.
